Accounts-payable automation for operators running many locations on one ledger. Invoices arrive from email, dock photos, vendor portals and EDI; an extraction layer reads every field and scores its own confidence; a matching engine checks each line against the purchase order and the goods receipt. Clean invoices post themselves to QuickBooks or NetSuite. Only the exceptions reach a person.

One orchestrated run carries an invoice through five stages: intake, extraction, enrichment, three-way match, approve and post. On the demo day, 214 invoices came in, 209 cleared the 0.90 confidence gate, 198 linked to a purchase order, 152 matched clean and posted themselves, and 41 went to people. Median extraction is 11.8 seconds; a touchless invoice is received, matched and posted in about sixteen. Every file is hashed and stored before anything parses it, so any run can be replayed against the original document.

The interesting work is the exception lane. Price variance, quantity mismatch, missing purchase order, suspected duplicate and new-vendor screening each get their own queue, and payment is blocked while an item is held. The duplicate screen catches the same invoice arriving twice in different shapes, an emailed PDF and a photo taken on the dock, by comparing amount, date, line items and the page image itself. Nothing posts without an entity, a location and a GL code attached, anything untouched for a day escalates, and an append-only trail records every decision with its actor and timestamp.
